Guided tours: Recreational activities

For the guests who have more time at hand and would like to stay and learn about the Tuscan way of life we propose:

- Visit the wine cellar with an explanation about the varieties of vines
- Visit the vineyards on foot or by horse(only if booked in advance and only for groups of more than 5 people)
- Look at the kitchen to see the Tuscan cooks at work and learn about Granny Iole's recipes
- Visit the olive trees on foot or by horse (only if booked in advance and only for groups of more than 5 people)
- Visit the San Giovese and Trebbiano vineyards
- Visit the oil mill and listen to the explanation of the steps involved in olive-oil production
- History of Montecarlo and wine-tasting
- Visit the horses on the farm
- Make an excursion on foot or by horse around the estate
