A considerable portion of our estate is devoted to olive trees, which let us produce an exquisite olive-oil every year. On the farm we also grow fruit and vegetables, which are used to prepare our various dishes. Fruit and vegetables are even used by our expert cooks to make marmalade, jam, jelly, sauces and other typical products. Our guests can buy these and other products directly at the farm to give to friends or simply to take home to remember the unique tastes which accompanied their trip.
